Political + PAC Strategy

We provide action plans for corporate political action committees (PACs) and advise on implementing PAC strategies. PACs help build on the network of champions that our team identifies to support our client’s legislative and regulatory mission at the state and federal levels. We have substantial experience assisting our clients in the formation of federal and state PACs, their governance (including drafting of articles and bylaws) and their ongoing administration. We partner with Troutman Pepper Locke to develop compliance programs, conduct and oversee annual audits of corporate and PAC contributions and expenditures, provide guidance on “pay-to-play” prohibitions, and assist clients in responding to investigations and enforcement matters from federal and state regulators.
