Our team has a long history of working with clients on tax incentives and relocation projects. We have worked with federal, state and local leaders to negotiate multimillion-dollar land acquisitions and incentive packages, allowing clients to relocate their corporate or regional headquarters from one state to another, or expand their existing operations within states. We help clients access existing incentive programs for their benefit, while regularly engaging with state leaders and legislators to create tax incentives in order to make business operations more favorable and cost-effective for clients.
