WASHINGTON, D.C. – Troutman Strategies has been named to Bloomberg Government’s 2026 Top Lobbying Firms list, earning a coveted “standout firm” designation as one of just 80 firms recognized nationwide.

The standout distinction highlights firms that demonstrate sustained client trust and business performance, including retaining at least 80% of clients over the past year and 60% over the past three years, while increasing average revenue per client.

“We are proud to receive this recognition, which underscores our role as a trusted advisor, helping our clients navigate evolving policy landscapes, engage effectively with key decision-makers, and advance their priorities with clarity and confidence,” said Lindsay Austin, principal at Troutman Strategies.

Bloomberg Government’s annual list is based on Lobbying Disclosure Act filings as of March 27, 2026, and includes more than 360 firms reporting at least $1.3 million in 2025 revenue and lobbying activity throughout the year. Firms are evaluated across five key metrics: year-over-year revenue growth, growth in average revenue per client, short- and long-term client retention, and revenue per registered lobbyist.

Troutman Strategies was ranked among firms reporting between $5 million and $7 million in revenue, reflecting only the performance of the Washington, D.C., office and not firmwide results. The Washington, D.C., team includes Lindsay Austin, Tom Tilton, Jason Zanetti, Chris Baxter, Ryan Diffley, and Brian Mann.
