Robert Miller Secures Top Spot and Two Troutman Strategies Colleagues Recognized on ‘Hired Guns’ List

AUSTIN – Troutman Strategies has been named the No. 1 Texas law firm lobby group according to Capitol Inside’s Texas Lobby Power Rankings, a position the firm has held since 2004. Notably, three members from Troutman Strategies have been ranked on the top 100 ‘Hired Guns’ list.

Hired Guns:

• Robert Miller – Principal | ranked No. 1
• Crystal Brown – Senior Manager, State Affairs | ranked No. 78
• Neftali Partida – Director, State Affairs | ranked No. 79
