Troutman Pepper Attorneys Named to List of Most Influential Attorneys

Troutman Pepper’s Charles Peeler and Troutman Pepper Strategies’ Ragen Marsh and Robert Willis have been named to James Magazine’s 2021 List of Most Influential Attorneys. The attorneys were featured in the Politics, Policy & Business Attorneys section, which recognizes prominent lawyers who deal in matters where policy and politics intersect with business.

Peeler is a partner in Troutman Pepper’s White Collar and Government Investigations and State Attorneys General practice groups. He represents clients in civil and criminal government enforcement actions and litigation arising from cyberattacks, data breaches, and complex commercial disputes.

Willis is the founder and chairman of Troutman Pepper Strategies, the firm’s governmental affairs arm. He has successfully managed complex issues for a multitude of clients in the technology, tax, telecommunications, banking and fintech, construction and development, film, transportation, and health care industries.

Marsh is a principal of Troutman Pepper Strategies. He helps clients ranging from Georgia-based small businesses to Fortune 500 companies navigate the Georgia General Assembly. He also provides strategic and tactical guidance to clients and helps execute legislative campaigns through continuous outreach to legislators and executive branch officials.
