Nicole Goshorn

Nicole leverages deep legislative insight and strategic access to advance and protect client interests before the Georgia General Assembly, executive branch agencies, and local government. As manager of state affairs in the Atlanta office, she represents clients across diverse industry sectors to shape policy strategy, navigate regulatory landscapes, and engage key decision-makers. Beyond client representation, Nicole directs the firm’s Atlanta Government Affairs Internship Program during the legislative session, mentoring the next generation of policy leaders.

Nicole is originally from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and graduated from the University of Georgia, School of Public and International Affairs.

Representative Matters
• Successfully represented a large rental and recreational boating company in changing Georgia’s vicarious liability in boat operation and secured the passage of HB 994 in 2024.
• Helped clients in the film industry secure the passage of HB 129 in 2025, reinstating Georgia’s post-production tax credit.
• Represents a major solar panel manufacturer in Georgia, supporting their investments to build the first fully integrated solar supply chain in the U.S.
• Represents multiple education service companies ranging from career and technical education to mental health services.
• Has led numerous grass-tops projects, activating state officials and community leaders to weigh in on client policy matters
