With more than 20 years of Washington experience, Jason blends public policy acumen with complex commercial litigation to shape strategic lobbying, coalition building, and political advocacy across diverse industries.

Jason advises clients on federal legislation, regulations, and political matters, representing a wide array of industries, including health care, technology, manufacturing, transportation, hospitality, gaming, education, insurance, financial services, energy, and natural resources.

Jason designs effective public policy strategies that often involve a combination of lobbying, coalition building, press, and litigation. He advises individuals, U.S. corporations, and political action committees on political speech and giving, and excels at building Washington profiles for corporate executives and high-net-worth individuals, even from locations outside the Beltway.

Jason advocates on behalf of his clients before all levels of government and designs and executes large multistate public policy projects. His extensive experience with political party conventions and presidential campaigns has honed his skills in managing complex and sensitive matters.
