Hannah serves as a Manager of State Affairs in the Atlanta office of Troutman Pepper Strategies. Before engaging in the full-time practice of government relations, Irvin served in the Office of Governor Nathan Deal for six years. During this time she worked in various capacities, including work as an Extradition Coordinator for Governor Deal’s Executive Counsel and as Legislative Liaison for his policy team. As a member of the policy team, she worked tirelessly with the Governor’s legal team to ensure passage for all items on Governor Deal’s legislative agenda. In 2011, Irvin was appointed to the State Records Committee, which is tasked with maintaining state documents and preserving public access to information. She is a native of High Point, North Carolina and a graduate of the University of Georgia.
